Proposals received by 5 p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2017 will be reviewed in May 2017.
Proposals received by Friday, October 13, 2017 will be reviewed in November 2017.
Proposals received after 5 p.m. on October 13, 2017 will be reviewed in May 2018.
All requests must include the following before they are considered “complete” and reviewed:
- Cover letter indicating requested amount and the purpose of the grant
- Organizational overview
- Program description, including demonstration of need, audience served and measurable outcomes
- Organization’s budget
- Program budget
- Board of directors
- 501©3 documentation
- The Wisconsin Common Grant Application is welcome
